Graced with elegance in every detail! This wedding was the definition of an elegant Southern wedding!

I had the privilege of second shooting the essence and beauty of a truly elegant wedding hosted at a private estate with the amazingly talented SoulShine Photography.

From the moment I arrived at Abney Hall, I knew this would be a remarkable experience. The beautiful landscaping with the breathtaking fountain made the whole venue a picturesque location, providing an enchanting backdrop for capturing timeless moments. The attention to detail at this wedding was impeccable. The tables were adorned with intricate centerpieces and the vibrant colors of carefully selected flowers all served as enchanting elements. Overall the entire wedding showcased a beautiful scene of Southern grace. The bride was a stunning vision of classic elegance. The classical music performed by musicians crafted an elegant sound to the ceremony. To enhance the southern traditions the bride and groom choose to burry a bottle of bourbon that they dug up with their bridal party on their wedding day! Every detail crafted an unbelievably enchanting day.

A sweet moment turned into a beautiful reminder

Aside from the details, there was one moment/detail that stuck out to me the most from this breathtaking day. The couple had decided to write letters to each other on their wedding day. While photographing this intimate moment there was something the groom said that stuck out to me. He said, “I prayed for months for God to send me blond hair, green eyes, county, Christian girl”. This simple little statement was the sweetest reminder that God wants us to pray boldly to him. No request is too big or small for God. In 1 John 5:14 it says, “Since we have this confidence, we can also have great boldness before him, for if we ask anything agreeable to his will, he will hear us.” I hope this will encourage you to pray boldly to God for his will in our life, as it did for me.

Following a beautiful ceremony, the night continued on with memorable experiences. Once the bride and groom entered the reception the guest came alive! Throughout the evening, I thrived in capturing candid moments of joy and celebration. Laughter, Joy, and excitement filled the air as everyone spent the entire reception dancing the night away! Family and friends came together to celebrate the beautiful couple.

Having the privilege of being part of a private estate wedding at Abney Hall was a dream come true. From the elegant details to the unforgettable moments this wedding will undoubtedly go down as one of my most memorable weddings.
